How do I register/create an account?
Registering is simple and FREE. Simply CLICK HERE and complete the registration form. Your account will be created instantly and you will be able to access courses immediately.

How many times can I repeat each module? Can I repeat the full course?
Access to a course is valid for one year from the date that you start the course. You will have access to all the learning materials (written content, audio and video files) for the duration of your license period even if you complete the course. Your license grants you three attempts of each interactive scenario. When you complete the module content, you will be asked to complete a post-course test and an evaluation survey. Once these elements are completed, you will have completed the course and you will receive your completion certificate. You will only be able to repeat an interactive assessment if you have not attempted it three times.
What languages are the courses on FHT offered in?
The courses are offered in Arabic. Please note that some of the additional material links for further reading may only be available in English as they are external resources from other organisations that may not be available in multiple languages.
How do I select the user language?
You can select the language settings via your learner account dashboard, accessible from the top of every page.
Can I download platform content?
FHT content is not available to download however there are links to additional learning material that may be downloaded.
Can I get a certificate upon completion of the course?
You will receive a certificate upon completing a user evaluation survey at the end of the course. Please note that the name on the certificate is based on the full name you enter when you register. You can edit your name details at any stage BEFORE course completion via your learner account dashboard. Certificate name changes cannot be made once the certificate has been issued.
How do I provide feedback on FHT?
At the end of the course, you will be asked to complete an evaluation survey where you can share your feedback on the course content and the platform.
The videos/scenarios will not play? How can I get them to play?
In order to play the videos and interactive content, make sure you have the following:
- Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 9+ or Safari
- Windows 7+ or OS X+
- Internet connection with 1+Mbps
Make sure to close other tabs, browsers and programmes while streaming your content. It may also help to hardwire your Internet connection, instead of using a wireless network connection.
Headphones are also useful for listening to all the video content and audio that is available.
Can I participate in the course offline? What happens if my connection goes down?
It is not possible to download courses or use the platform offline. If you lose your internet connection during an interactive scenario, then you will be able to restart the session. If you continually lose your connection, then it means that your internet speed is not suitable to play the interactive scenarios. You will need to wait until you can establish a better connection.
